We want you to be happy with your order. If you would like to request a return, please submit your return request and wait for approval before sending your item back.

Return Conditions

To be accepted, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Returned with the original packaging
  • Returned with all original labels and tags attached
  • Returned in the original garment bag
  • Returned with the security ribbon fully intact

Please note: if the security ribbon is broken, removed, or tampered with, we will not be able to accept the return.

How It Works

  1. Submit your return request with the contact form above
  2. Wait for our approval.
  3. Once your return request has been approved, we will send you a return shipping label.
  4. Pack your item carefully in its original packaging, including all labels, tags, the garment bag, and the intact security ribbon.
  5. Attach the return shipping label to your parcel and send it back to us.

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
