RETURN POLICIES
Return Period
You may return your TH3RES online purchase for a refund or store credit when the item is requested and shipped back within 14 days of delivery, unless the item is faulty. This gives you time to try on your pieces at home with confidence.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return:
- Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unused
- All original tags and packaging must be attachedItems must not have been used for photoshoots, social media posts, or for any commercial purpose
- If returned items don’t meet these conditions, we may reject the return.
Final Sale
Such items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you’d like another size or style, simply return your original item for a credit or refund and place a new order. Store credits are valid for 6 months from issue.
Return Shipping & Fees
Within Norway
- We offer free return shipping for eligible returns using our provided label
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return requests must be submitted before sending the item back
International Returns
- Return shipping outside Norway is the customer’s responsibility
- Where available, you may use our prepaid return label, but return postage costs are not refundable
- Duties, taxes, and initial shipping fees are non-refundable on refunds (unless the item is faulty)
To avoid pay-to-return customs fees, we recommend using our return process rather than third-party carriers.
Refunds & Store Credit
- Refunds to your original payment method are processed once the return is received and inspected
- Credits issued instead of refunds remain valid for 6 months
- Please allow up to 30 business days for refunds to complete after approval
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details so we can resolve it quickly.
